History of crystal healing goes back to ancient times where Egyptians were seen using crystals like lapis lazuli, carnelian and turquoise to keep illness away, Reiki masters used these stones for spiritual healing, since these crystals are extracted from mother earth. Crystals will help you in healing what needs to be healed. It is more of an attraction or belief system, to bring something to life that is tangible. They are more like a ‘helping hand’ in your process of manifestation. They can help in activating our manifestations, moving negative energies away. Crystals also vibrate at specific frequencies, making the energies flow. Each one of us vibrates at different frequencies and each crystal is said to have a different effect on the mind and body. It is more of an aura cleansing technique that can calm energies, can move negative energies away and alleviate your mood. For example, if you find yourself lazy most of the time, Citrine is the crystal that carries the energy of the sun. It also carries the same color. Sun is supposed to make you energetic. Hence if you wear a citrine, you’re inviting the energy of the sun in your life, to eliminate laziness.  If you wear it with an intention, it will surely act like a catalyst keeping in mind what you are manifesting. I had always been a believer of energies and vibes, I stumbled upon the world of crystals and energy healing and fell in love with it. It’s something that resonates with the ideology I live by, Anything or anyone who radiates positive and happy energy around me is like a small part of the sun close to me. Crystals do the same for me, they are my semi-precious suns. I have always loved the idea of energy healing, meditation, and therapy and crystals for me represent energy.
